Great ocean view from the room balcony and good size beds. Location was superb, very close to the beach and lively area with lots of restaurants and shops. The room had a lot of facilities, with a mini fridge, kettle and TV, which was very comfortable.
The staff was very unprofessional and unaccommodating. The room was not cleaned properly, with dirty floors and bathroom.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tilos. the location on the hill above Livadia village offers stunning views of Livadia bay and the sea below. It truly is a picturesque setting. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. I especially loved the large balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Plus, the breakfast included in the price was a nice touch.
Everything was great and I had no complaints whatsoever.

the hotel's location was perfect, atop a hill overlooking the vast ocean and surrounding bay. We were awed by the panoramic views on our balcony. the room had a comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom, perfect for our relaxation. the management was also very courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the apartment-style rooms were spacious and provided a great kitchenette.
The hotel's location on the top of the hill made the ascent a bit steep, may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Spending Easter break at this hotel was a great decision. the views were stunning and the rooms were clean and spacious. the location was perfect to explore the area and the staff was very helpful when we had questions about the surroundings. They also offered a delicious breakfast every day which was a highlight of our stay. we really appreciated the free parking that was available on the property.
The hotel was located on quite a steep hill, which made it difficult to walk up and down to town. If you have any mobility issues, this might not be the best choice for you.

We had a fantastic stay with amazing hosts. Best aspects were the magnificent view of the sea from the terrace, the very comfortable and spacious modern rooms, and the sincere and friendly staff who were always willing to help. Getting to the sea was an easy 5-7 minute walk, and the hotel facilities were impressive.
